Differences between TPU sole material and PU sole material

TPU soles are better in terms of wear resistance, elasticity and wearing comfort. It is made of polyurethane lotion by foaming at high temperature, and the sole is very light.

1. TPU stands for thermoplastic polyurethane, which is a linear polymer material prepared by the co reaction of diisocyanate, polymer polyol and chain extender.
2. PU, namely thermoplastic polyurethane, can be softened at a certain temperature and remain unchanged at room temperature.

3. TPU is not only an excellent high tension, tensile strength and aging resistance, but also a mature environment-friendly material. TPU materials are generally used in sports shoes, football soles and skating shoes.

4. Good abrasion resistance: Wipe the soles of different materials on the rough floor, and remember to work hard. If it is EVA, rubber or TPR soles, the bottom of the soles will be obviously damaged after friction, and only TPU can be used.
